1. Emergency Protocol
In emergencies, call 911 first, then Life Safety Security. Guards can provide basic first aid and help guide emergency responders.

3. Security Patrols
Rolling patrols will start primarily on the Garland County side. Initial patrols during daytime; evening or overnight shifts follow later.

4. Suspicious Activity & Speeding
Report suspicious activity to security. Speeding incidents will be documented and shared with city officials and law enforcement.

5. Vacation & Property Checks
Residents can request extra patrols while away; submit requests at least one day in advance.

6. Community Engagement
Residents are encouraged to introduce themselves to patrol officers. Security aims for a community-based approach to improve responsiveness.

7. Additional Services
Free 'Stop the Bleed' and future CPR classes will be offered. Narcan training and implementation are in progress.
