Welcome to Diamondhead!

The City of Diamondhead was officially incorporated in March 2024. 
As a newly established city, we’re excited to begin this journey—improving our community and introducing new services for our residents.
While our city status is new, Diamondhead has long been a well-loved community, nestled among beautiful trees and rolling hills along the shores of Lake Catherine.
Diamondhead spans nearly 1,500 acres, with miles of scenic roads and a population of about 1,000. Our city limits stretch along Lake Catherine for approximately 7–8 miles, offering stunning waterfront views. We’re also conveniently located just minutes from Lake Catherine State Park and only about 25 minutes from Hot Springs.
We’re proud to call the City of Diamondhead home and thrilled to share it with you.
